Council Tax Support Team Leader - Minimum 6 months - £13.17 per hour - Weekly Paid - 37 hour week - flexi time 7.30am - 5.30pm Mon to Friday. Full Training Given. Working in the middle of Torquay. Immediate start

Exciting Opportunity to be a Team Leader in this newly formed role. To motivate and work with a team of 20 Advisors, allocating and managing workload, ability to work in a very busy environment and keep a good sense of humour with a "Hands On" approach

To help the public with their Council Tax Rebate claims. Taking calls and emails from the public, processing applications, updating the system with information, verifying bank details, adding to spreadsheets and processing refunds.

Very busy role with a high volume of applications. Good IT, Admin and Processing skills required. Accuracy and eye for detail. Ability to deal with the public by phone and email.
